Be strong and of a good courage.

I was just reading in Joshua chapter 1 and what really stood out to me was how many times it says be strong and of a good courage. I really think the Lord was trying to make a point. And it is definitely good advice. Ever since Joshua 1:9 was our mutual theme it has always been one of my favorite scriptures. It says "Be strong and of a good courage. Be not afraid neither be though dismayed for the Lord thy god is with thee whithersoever though goest" This scripture just is so comforting to me, to know that the Lord wants us to be courageous and strong and know that he is with us always so there is no reason to fear. There is a part in my patriarchal blessing that says something similar to that and it always makes me feel so peaceful. I'm so thankful for scriptures like this that give me that assurance that everything will be okay :)
